The performance Knotting includes a discussion about the transition between two- and three-dimensional reference systems and the dynamics of materials (slings, Haribo slings, lace, clay, wool, etc.), highlighting their qualities and sweet spots. The audience participates in experiments such as drawing the shoelace knot, unraveling a sweater, or twirling elastic ropes. The performance concludes with the presentation of glazed ceramics to the visitors, allowing them to physically engage with these objects and intertwine their real-world experiences with the thought experiments learned during the performance.
